4 Post Car Lift

The 4 Post Car Lifts is a special mechanical lifting equipment commonly used by the repair and maintenance units of large tonnage cars or trucks. This structure is simple, but the self weight is increased. Most of the secondary lifting of the upper cylinder type four column lifting machine is manual or pneumatic, and the repairman needs to run down to operate, which is inconvenient and unsafe for the user who often uses the secondary lifting. The safety device is a pneumatic device, which is troublesome if there is no air source. The four column lifting machine of the lower oil cylinder mainly relies on four thick steel cables to pull up the four corners. The tension oil cylinder is placed under the plate and the force is transmitted to all sides through six discs. The structure is compact and the weight is reduced. The secondary lifting is generally electro-hydraulic and connected with the main pump. As long as the change-over valve is turned, the lifting speed is fast. The safety device is wedge type. The four wedges are linked by the pull rod, and the safety device can be opened by pulling the pull rod, which is convenient and durable.

Four post lifting machine is a lifting device frequently used in automobile repair and maintenance. Compared with other devices, this device has the following technical advantages:

1. The hydraulic system of the four column hydraulic lift adopts a quantitative hydraulic pump oil source, which is conducive to reducing energy consumption and system heating;
